PROCESSING TIME:
Each item is handmade by me, Guisselle, with lots of love and attention to detail. Processing time does not include shipping time. Please review Turn Around Time before placing your order to ensure you receive your item in time. One single tumbler takes 4-5 days to craft and 24 hours to cure before shipping it out to it's new home. Turn around times are based on my current workload as I am a one person working at the Shop. Turn around time does not include weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on Saturdays, Sundays or a holidays please know that the turn around time starts on the next business day.
Ready to ship: 10-15 business days with no personalization and 15-20 business days with personalization (not incuding weekends and holidays)
SHIPPING:
After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. That means your label has been created. You will be provided a tracking number to track your order. Once the item is shipped, the transit time is unfortunately out of my hands. USPS has had an overload in packages due to COVID19 and may be delayed.

I do not offer exchanges/returns/cancellations due to the nature of my work. All item are custom made items that I will not be able to resell therefore all sales are final.
